We were fortunate to have JM Davis Custom Homes build our home in Stonemoor in 2004. We have been very pleased with our home design, quality in workmanship, and most of all Mark's professionalism and attention to our needs during the warranty period. We recall Mark telling us at closing that his company "really shines" after the closing during the warranty period. This could not be more true. I always dealt with Mark directly and never had to go through a foreman to speak with him like other builders do. Mark was always available through his cell phone and if an issue came up he would have the situation taken care of immediately. He would call me up occasionally just to see how things were going with the house and if we needed anything. The overall quality of the workmanship of our house was exceptional, and Mark never cut corners. He built our house as if it were his own and treated us as if we were family members. We never had any major issues with the home and even had a home inspection at the end of our one year warranty that came back without any issues. The biggest asset of JM Davis Custom Homes is that Mark is honest and a genuinely kind person that wants to build a home and not a house for his customers. He was very easy to work with during what most would say is a stressful event in a family's life (building a new home). Choosing JM Davis as our builder was the best choice we could have made for securing what was the largest investment of our lives and the home that we plan to raise our children in for years to come.
